Fee Structure

Fee Structure 2024-25

Instructions:-

    • Parent are requested to use the ONLINE Mode of Payment to pay the School Tuition Fees on ERP: Campus Care App using the URL www.dpsgzbcampuscare.in 
    • Parent may also pay the fees through Debit/Credit Card/Cheque in favour of DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL R.N. EXTENSION at the School Account Office/School Reception during school hours on all working days.
    • The School Tuition Fee and School Transport Fee will be collected on QUARTERLY BASIS on/before 8th of the first month of every quarter (April/July/October/January). Monthly mode of payment shall not be considered.

    • In case, the School Fee is not paid on/before the due date (i.e. 8th of the first month of every quarter), the following penalties shall be applicable:

      1. Late Fee of Rs. 10/- per day shall be charged after the due date (i.e. 8th of the first month of every quarter).
      2. In case fee is not deposited within 30 Days from the stipulated date, the Transport Facility (if availing) shall be withdrawn, without any further notification.

      3. In case fee is not deposited within 45 Days from the stipulated date, the School Authority shall be compelled to deactivate the DISCOUNT (on the tuition fee if/as applicable) in the current/existing quarter.

      4. In case fee is not deposited within 60 Days from the stipulated date, the name of the child shall be STRUCK OFF from School Rolls, without any further notification.

      5. The school will not send reminders for payment of School Fee. It is imperative that all parents clear the dues on/before time.

      Please Note:-

        • If the CHEQUE IS DISHONOURED for any reason, a bounce charge of Rs. 250/- will be imposed on the parent and all the points (a to e) mentioned above will also be applicable.

        • School Transport Fee shall be paid for 11 MONTHS from April 2024 to March 2025. (Transport Fee for the month of June 2024 is exempted).

        • Any fee once paid to the school is non-refundable and non-transferable and in case of any request for the Transfer Certificate before the culmination of the ongoing Academic Session, the parents will be liable to pay the school tuition fee and transport fee (if availing) of the current quarter.

        • In case of withdrawal of admission for the session 2024-25 if intimated in written on or before 31st March 2024, 50% of the admission fee will be refunded.

        • No application of refund on admission fee will be entertained on/or after 1st April 2024.

        • We request all parents to adhere to the instructions as stated above to avoid any kind of inconvenience.
